New MT4 demo account installations on new PC

Hello,

I use a few MT4 demo account free charts.

For each of these MT4 installations on my old pc, in the program files there is an MQL4 folder where i can copy and paste custom indicators - into the Indicators sub folder.

But on my new pc after installing these same MT4 platforms, there is no MQL4 folder or sub folders to copy and paste custom indicator files to.

How can i add and use my custom indicators?

Open your platform ... then ... File > Open Data Folder > MQL4 ...

the are moved to the user folder, app data, roaming, metaquote,...

click windows button on keyboard,
in search field type -> %appdata% and hit enter, a folder will open automatically
navigate inside "MetaQuotes" then "Terminal" folders, here you will find a list of folders with different numbers like "3212703ED955F10C7534BE8497B221F4"

those are your mt4 installation folders, just navigate those and try to find the one of the broker you want/need

Once you find the folder wanted, place indicator under MQL4/Indicators
