If this is in the wrong forum, could a mod please move it?
Anyway, has anyone found an easy way of feeding a closing price prediction found with one of the adative turboprop indicators back into a moving average to create, strangely enough, a prediction of said moving average?
As a forinstance, take a 5 bar EMA and a 1 bar prediction of close. Apart from the laborious method of using Neuroshell's existing indicator components, how do I simply find a predicted 5 bar EMA using the existing value of the EMA and the predicted close?
If I recall correctly, and checking NST's help files, the formula for an n-bar EMA is (current EMA value) * (n-1)/(n+1) + (new bar) * 2/(n+1).
