Hi,
I would really appreciate some coding help.
I want to determine the moving average bid price over x number of candles, i.e. "the sum of each bid price divided by 50 = average bid price". This will present a straight horizontal line. It also needs to update at open of each new candle, i.e. it needs to be a moving bid price presented by a straight horizontal line.
The idea is the use this to determine trend for the timeframe that is being traded, eg. if the current bid price is say 30% above the moving average bid price, an up trend has been identified.
Can any of the traders here please help me with this? Thank you.
