Previous session hi&lo price line breakout email alert

Hello everyone,

I am looking for an EA/Ind that can place price lines of previous hi and lo of previous session and send an Email alert once this price line broke (of previous session or certain hours. no need to trade). I really appreciate it.
This what I found so far, but Not really What I want.
