EON = Eye of the needle or consolidation phase (with small MOM) after the breakout which follow with an explosion to respective trend

I guess I can say that
If you see a harmonic pattern, always anticipate the existence of EON because the harmonic pattern can be a stumbling block or tongue of a snake.
