Mt4 Indicator Guru Needed To Code Indicator For Me

Hello world :-),

I need help from a GURU that can code indicators on MT4. Let me know if a cost is involved.
I need an indicator for Mt4 Platform V4.0 to notify me via push or email & add arrow when my trading conditions are met.

Chart setup is as follows: - Refer to fig (a)
- Timeframe = M15
- MA1=10
- MA2=20
- MA3=40

Rule 1 – Send notifications only between certain times say from T1 to T2
Rule 2 - If a candle is in the shaded area (fig b.), no notifications sent.

a. Buy notification condition
§ Candle Between T1 & T2
§ Candle (1) closes above all 3 MA’s (Candle Red)
§ If next candle (Candle 2) 5 minutes before close is above previous candle (1) close (also green), send me email or push notification

b. Sell notification condition
§ Candle (1) closes below all 3 MA’s (Candle Red)
§ If next candle (Candle 2) 5 minutes before close is below previous candle (1) close (also red), send me email or push notification

Hope this makes sense :-).

I envisage the indicator having the following configurable parameters:
1. Push Notification On/Off
2. Email Notification On/Off
3. Start Trade Time (T1)
4. End Trade Time (T2)
5. Notification Candle No. (Default 2 – this is the candle no. that checks its above candle 1 & send the notification b4 a given close time . In the example above I used candle 2)
6. Pre-Candle Close Notification Time (This should be in seconds, default 5 minutes ie 300seconds – this is the time just before the candle close when we check to see we are above the Candle (1) close)

Thanks for the above suggestion Sixer, appreciate you taking the time to read.
Unfortunately its missing the key requirements, especial the 5 minute pre-close alert for bar 2.

What is the problem - fxalgotrader can add this request to the code if you pay the mentioned amount.
