Disliked{quote} Hey Ziggy! If you want to see if TradingView's Profile is pulling futures data I'm attaching a chart of todays volume profile for 6E. I'm curious to see if it is? {image}Ignored
DislikedI'm done for the week, been a good one in a number of respects, profitable, having some (paper trading) success tracking several other instruments using the same approach, finished an in depth look at past activity so far, old dog learning new tricks with tradingview - despite a frustrating start I can now get it to do what I want it to........ oh, & did I say profitable one Thanks Dale Have a great w/end folks & see you all Monday Cheers ZiggyIgnored

Disliked{quote} When I tested the back data I worked on the basis if not tested or touched it remained valid, the level of accuracy didn't change, so as far as I'm concerned I will trade any untested levels - having first assessed what is going on at the time Cheers ZiggyIgnored

DislikedHi guys, edit OK I'VE FOUND IT Could some kind soul who uses Tradingview please give me a hand here, I'm going round in circles trying to find the volume profile tool. I have signed up for the Pro+ version but just cannot find the damn thing anywhere, it's certainly not in the indicatorsdrop down which is what the help page suggests, if I click on the volume header I get all manner of volume related indicators on my chart, none of which I want, but no volume profile2017-01-27_1120.png;2159563 {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Does the PRO version (not PRO+) also have volume profile?Ignored
DislikedDrawing custom VP around short term consolidation areas is a great way to find scalps or add to positions. Notice how price retraces back to value (yellow POC). Click the image to see the animation. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi KeithStone The rectangle that you are drawing : A)is that the indicator you get with the tool you are using ? B) AND is it the same (functionality) that we can also achieve with member 'Atif''s Post 3,763 indicator ? C) & the candles turning blue when someone trades 50 < contracts in one order , is that what you also get with (point A above) Thanks !Ignored
