Hi guys,

Did/Do you solely trade for rebate? Or Did/Do you have a separate account to trade for rebate?
If so, any advice is highly appreciate!

Please correct me if i am wrong or miss something.
I thinking that we need the followings:

An automated system that make a lot of trade at least break even (include trading costs like spread and commission)

Reliable and fast internet connection (VPS?)

API or FIX Trading

Good broker

Good rebate service

High liquidity sessions like London and Newyork

Stay away from crazy market events

I think this way of trading is low risk and 99% profitable (1% for black swan), right?
$1,000 for testing enough? How long or how many trades can count as profitable?

Please note that i trade based on all Major Pairs and Gold, nothing to do with arbitrage.

Have a great weekend!

So i think i on the right track. Investing is lonely road as expected.

Right now, i think i can make around at least 200 trades/day, 4000 trades/month (let's say month = 20 trading days)
There is a service offer 0.7 pip rebate on FXCM. If a trade = 0.1 lot.
I don't need to profit, as long as i'm break even, i can make $2800 per month or $33600 per year with rebate. Which is really cool in theory.
