not exactly how Atheer showed us,

on H4 only the 25 pip levels to watch for wicks.

so 00, 25, 50, 75, and so on...

on H1 only the 10 pip levels (or call it TRO-levels)

so 00, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, and so on...
