I need help with a Master Candle indicator

I need to know if someone can add the Master Candle's range above where the indicator draws the line. I only have the .ex4 for it, but i'm sure someone can either figure this out or even do up an indicator from scratch. It would be greatly appreciated.

All this shows is the Master Candle, the range of the candle isn't there.
Still needing help.

Range added and it is also MTF, the timeframe is displayed at the low of the last Master Candle formed.

Thanks everyone, that's what I needed.
As requested by OP I have updated code to tie text value to line whereas before the gap needed to be adjusted to your own value.
Leave TextGap set to 0.00 or adjust if needed.

You can already change the number of candles required for a master candle in the inputs.
