DislikedAre you serious!! Or maybe you’re somehow connected to FXLQ? If you’re so called “large lot” professional community traders feel a firm that steels, misleads everone, moves clits funds offshore, forges company instruments’ and assets to make themselves look bigger is a comfort to do business, I guess you deserve them then. What a joke these FXLQ guys are one big joke, and deserve to be closed down. .Ignored
DislikedThey have not answered their phone the last 3 times I called to check on the release of my funds. Any else tried to get a hold of them lately?Ignored

DislikedBurger King, what are you basing your statement on? Do you have inside knowledge of the FXLQ lawsuit or is it that every lawsuit with the CFTC and a Forex firm takes forever to resolve? Yes, I know Refco is just getting resolved after all this time but are they all like that? Please clarify. Thanks.Ignored

DislikedThe first to get the money are the creditors and banks, last are the the clients even though those are client's money.
Inside knowledge? No. Call it experience. I am still waiting for money from two very proud NFA registered companies UGM and 1World.Ignored
DislikedTake a leaf out of the Financial Service Authorities book, all client funds have to be kept in a seperate client account worded in such a way that in the event of bankcruptcy the money cant be touched by creditors and all financial services companies, insurance companies, investment companies have to pay into a central pot, so that in the event of a shortfall there is a central fund to make sure clients arent disadvantaged... It seems to me in the US the companies come first and the suckers second!!!!!Ignored
