Trade Pullback EA

HI guys, I need an EA that will allow me to trade pullback from a per-determined price with a stop losses in place. For example, assuming that EUR/USD is now at 1.1374. I decided that 1.14 will be a resistance level to sell EUR/USD. However, to increase my odd, I decided a pullback is necessary before making the sell order. As such, I require an EA that will only open a sell order for the EUR/USD pair after it have touch 1.14 and pull back 10 pips (should be able to determine via the EA beforehand) with the stoploss level predetermine too in the EA. Do any of you happen to know of an existing EA that work as such or is close to it? Thanks!
