I am flat too. I prefer to be flat if possible daily. We never know what tomorrow will throw at us. I am waiting for the press conference before I decide to go long or short. Tomorrow we have the ECB press conference so be careful as it could go either way again tomorrow. Today has been a bit slow for me as I decided to slow it down going into today's news. By the way I only trade the Euro USD pair.

You might have something there. All you need now is back testning it from 2010 and forward. Its impossible to draw conclusions from 40-ish candles.
Just write down all the trades, profitable as well as losses and see if it gives you an edge. Then its all psychology from there.

Why don't you just trade it with real money for 1 year and come back and tell everyone how you did, if you must. That way you will know how it does for real.
Both EU and Swiss have same direction in trends atm...I rarely see trends like this... one maybe a fake move.....Good luck if you trade both...

FOMC done? Woke up to see how it looks, seems not much volatility this time around.

Manage to get 1 short at 0880+, doubt it will go to 0887 for another (unless a news breaks). Not opening much trades unless it’s a tested wicks and tails area - EU news later as well. Well, back to sleep.

I get something similar to you at least on the daily BUT at the close of the candle, not the open, I don't understand how you can get those arrows at the open.
