its closing above this 4h. I kinda like my 5m most of the time as a early gauge. going to 0915 is against the 4h. It may be a better long. The 4h didnt give up this time.. I just gonna stfu.

the amount of money that is at stake is huge. so they will cut. sometime in huge panic

If they cut Euro will go up as the ECB won't cut by the same amount. A cut won't help as people still wont travel etc. What really is needed is a vaccine.
