agreed pa never ever tracks continuous in one direction rather in bounces aka trends, trend can be up 1h 12hr 1 daily but down in 4hr weekly, my preference is weekly & monthly trend, and that says down and down strong, again I agree with you under daily is nothing but ping pong, trader can get pip both ways, but risk is always greater when against say weekly or monthly trend uj is stuck 109 500 gold 1548 84 swissy 9700 gj 143 00 gu in no mans land 1 3000 if she gets below fresh air below kiwi 6500 au got a nice bounce of support yesterday, whether she can maintain it I don t leaning towards support 6672ish cad and kiwi still stuck in mud

I dont think so. Do a little math. So for since case 1. In 6 weeks it has multiplied. 1 case infected 2384. At this rate in 6 weeks 2384 could affect 5 million (5,683,456).. and 6 weeks after (32,301,672,103,936). 32 trillion in 18 weeks. We dont have that many people on earth. Math is the one truth in life. It's not biased. We could add a few weeks, or limit it to places where planes dont land. It's not that I will lose any sleep over it tonight. The potential is there, the trajectory is huge.

Admittedly I'm no Epigenetics. That's why they get the big bucks.

"could" is the operative word there and yes, it could happen. But this is straight math. (I was told that there would be no math) What it leaves out is that there will be countermeasures taken against the (math) that may render it untrue. World governments right now (specifically China and the US) may not be best equipped to fight this disease. China has been secretive, withheld rates of infection, and has been ham-fisted in its response. In the US, we've had a government that has slashed funding to the CDC and public health, left a third of positions in emerging disease response unfilled, and generally now has an unscientific bias toward everything. Right now I'd say things are FUBAR and indeed, there is no grip on the situation. But just wait until it starts to affect monied interests.

I didnt think that far ahead. Mother nature has always had a way of curving the population. Some emerging countries are better to handle disease better than U.S. etc. I dont know, in the U.S. we wrap everything in plastic. A more sterile environment. Compared to countries with open food markets. Less chances to develop an immune system to fight new illness. When this thing hits India. Lets see how they do. India may do better than the U.S. comparably.

It looks like they are taking countermeasures in China. I dont see the west building a large hospital in 8 days. 1k beds

your house wont burn down, most house insurence values far exceed real value, not sure with usa but here insurence cover is only ground up, less paths fences etc, actual land value is seperate, virus is emotionally horrific for people of china but purely trading debate, us has 77+% trade deficit with china any upheaval in china, will see usd appreciate, that is reality and what charts are saying, key for me is where the hell will safe haven be (monetary) my best guess is watch swissy, normally I would also add yen, not this time, yesterday uj and gj took pretty decent whacks, so swissy is it for now, I predict USD will outperform franc like dominoes rest will follow, I will add us contrary to mr trump, is not doing so well on the ground

2015 situation was in reaction to 2014, super hyper inflated, snb intervened yes, they had no choice, they dont produce nothing but cookoo clocks, hyperinflation hurt them like hell, if you want you can go back you will find both gator and I and one or two others caught the 2011 and 2014 bombs plus a chunk of both fades, any trader could should have made easy pip once snb set the floor, was like moner for jam, I do agree it could quite easily happen again, but charts and economics are not showing, plus snb will take a mighty spanking losing all of there intervention measures?
