yet equities are falling.. dow -300 atm.. The little boy is calling "wolf" too many times. Did I ever tell you about a well known guy, who talked up stocks? The locals had known him to be a con artist. He made money by saying he was buying large positions in a company (He already owned the stock). The price went up and he sold as it rose. This worked a few times. At least till people got wise, on what he was doing. After being burned a few times. When he said he was buying, the market shorted the stock. He lost his ass in these stocks. Lesson not learned.

Over five year ago I came to forex factory, I decided to learned from some good traders...Gator is one of the few that I picked and stayed with him for a long time .. I learned a lot from him... without him, I won't have today...I would be chicken out to trade big dollar accounts..

Every day I post trading levels , for me is a way of self organization. publish trading ideas eg entries and exits, on a regular basis can be kind of self discipline .
using trend stop and time decay is to keep consistency in trading..

You know many here respect your work. Your daily input to this thread is remarkable. That guy you quoted is obviously lost, and doesn't know what he is doing. Imagine his rudeness. I double he can show his trade explorer or myfxbook records. Simple thing: ignore him. Good gator kicked him out.

You've established a routine, a ritual, which as you note becomes its own form of discipline. Discipline is really the one thing that we have control over. I appreciate your ritual as it helps me try and stick to one myself. I get into trouble when I try and jump on hare-brained trading ideas. I'm glad Gator brings the hammer down quickly on noisemakers. It keeps the routine steady.

I wonder if this struggle on EU is a preparation for Trump's speech. I wonder who's pushing this up and why. Let's see what Trump has to say. US data have been largely ignored this week with price going the other way.
