I like Ic Markets but I don't believe their business is 100% clean and maybe no broker is 100% clean.
I notice, from time to time, price manipulation. This happens especially if you do Day Trade. For this reason I modified my strategy, reduced my lots and started Swinging, which improved my results enormously.

Quick question I can't find the E-mini futures symbol on MT5, even though I typed "ES" for S&P for an example, nothing came up only the Spanish index. I was wondering if I'm missing something or if it's on my broker's side.

Are you talking about a Forex broker?

Maybe I'm missing something but ES is for futures contracts. A Forex broker would offer "spot" prices. Try searching "US500" or "SP500"

To all forex traders : t he best and safest forex broker is a true 100% "A-Book" broker who cannot manipulate the price because trades go directly to the trading floor and NOT through the broker's dealing desk.
Also, a true 100% "A-book" broker must have multiple Liquidity Providers in order to be able to offer virtually unlimited liquidities to his traders who will never have to worry about the safety of their funds but be guaranteed to always receive their withdrawals in a timelu manner.
Very few brokers in the world are true 100% "A-Book". Even a huge majority of big wellknown brokers are either "B-Book" or a mix of "A-Book" and "B-Book" who use either method in accordance of their traders profiles to make more money for themselves.
