Hi Michael,

your posts are very helpful please dont stop.! I guess its hard in a forum like this to know sometimes if your posts are helpful or not because you receive no feedback. But it is definitely extremely helpful to post the links like you do. Even if just to bring some focus to certain posts that help us to pick up new information.

When we learn things we need to read and read and read again the same thing many times before we actually internalize the message. Fti has given so much information that for those who want to learn we should never stop reading his posts.

why not,we no make any promises. Just do what you feel good do.

Life is a journey, I try to enoy it.

On another note, my oldest went to a basebal scouting camp after a year of no throwing. Been back at lessons for 3 weeks. Got an offer from a college today to come pitch for them. Feels good to know all his hard work is noticed.
