I'm using a different chart.....but i have decided to move my funds to Oanda...so I'll be using Oanda chart.

I am attaching 2 charts. First 1 - I base on a Pulse Chart I am working on. Has it its roots on EW but am using something else for the rules. Then another is the Chart where I label the waves based on Rules as far as I can remember about EW.

Both charts show the end of a Wave 3 at 247.24 for the Pulse chart while 247.27 for the EW Chart. Differences may be due to approximate location setting of the Fib extention tool used to project Wave 5 within a wave 3 at FE 261.8

This is how I project he end of this wave 3. The reason why I brought this up is that your target is at 245-247. May I please know how you arrived at that price?

The ADX is an oscillator that moves between 0 and 100.
Readings, below 20, indicate a weak trend and above 40, indicate a strong trend but doesn't tell you if a trend is bullish or bearish. It just assesses the strength of the current trend. E.g. a reading above 40 can indicate a strong downtrend as well as a strong uptrend.
Normally the default setting for most ADX is 14, but it can be adjusted.

Some charting softwares have three lines (ADX, +Di, -Di), whereas others just have ADX:
--The Positive Direction Indicator (+Di) indicates an upward trend movement
--The Negative Direction Indicator (-Di) shows downward trend movement
--The Average Directional Movement Index (ADX) shows whether the market is trending or ranging

ADX :

I have now changed the settings to 0-100....so it can be easy to understand how it works.
1.Below 20% is a weak trend
2.Above 40% is a strong trend
3.It hepls us to measure the streght of the trend
4.+DI & -DI helps with the direction movement but i dont use them as they fall behind price action most of the time.
5.I'd suggest to start with 0-100 settings before you can adjust to your own settings...just to get used to how it works.
6.Record the readings or save the settings when you go to sleep....and check in the morning when you wake up....to get a sense of whats been going on while you were asleep.

@ the present moment

we have the ADX above 20% and below 40% which can be a "Neutral" trend.check the chart.

Hi all....i just came in from a shoort walk its raining out here in Kong Kong....

Ok my long order @ 239.41 is now Open....target projection @ 241.24

psychological line holding above 55%....recorvery is due soon...above 60% were in an uptrend

ADX....still neutral @ 32%...a bounce above 35% will signal a "Bulls" building up positions.

The reason for my long position is : as long as the psycological line is holding above 50% were still going up...The Uptrend is still intact.
