With this method Sym does not provide a file (as per the Weekly COT ppt file). He only provides a view (image) of his analysis in this thread. This is because he doesn't have an easy way to consolidate and provision the daily COT data compared to the weekly COT data.

the thread is not dead as long as I'm alive...

the problem here is I didn't find an easy way to update data online.
We manage to find a "way" but it's too complicated and I can't spend my time to teach
how to do it.
We need to find a better and easy solution (I say "we" because someone helped me out)
