4h Breakout strategy - Adding pending orders

This is not working.
Someone can help me, with this?
I am using 2. 4H candle high and low outbreak.
EA should put pending orders
as picture show.
I wanted to I set the time and pips + spread.
I'm trade now free hand to GbpAud and XAUUSD, showing good results.
It would be a great help this EA.
