In FBS they charge too much of commission. and its hard to find a well regulated broker with the conditions you mentioned above.

I was looking for the same thing: zero spread & 1000 leverage!

I found FBS broker: i have tested the demo account and MT4 platform works well, but the data historical chart is only since 1 sept 2014!? Strange! And they are not regulated with FCA.

So I prefer XM first, and then Hotforex, cause both are regulated with FCA, 1000 leverage...

And XM offers a $30 no deposit bonus to test his service and MT4 platform, so I have decided to open an real account with XM

I think it is the best value for today! Hope it is helpful.

FSA UK registry (for UK) contains Authorised and EEA Authorised brokers (for EU).

Hotforex is only authorized by FCA but regulated by CySec. I heard all brokers which get CySec license are authomatically getting authorized by FCA.Nevertheless their trading platform is pretty good.

​I use Hotforex Zero spread account to scalp on EUR/USD and other majors as the spreads hovers around zero there but not sure they offer 1000 leverage. With current wobbly market situation leverages are shrinking among the brokers so be careful with using 1:1000 which is exceptionally high and killing for low deposits. I prefer to use 1:200 leverage and suggest to use it for all rookies there.

Find brokers who offers ECN or STP accounts
They are usually offer very low spread ( and commision)
HotForex ,PepperStone,Tickmill, ICMarkets, etc, maybe brokers that you looking for
