Hi
Yesterday i had a sell stop order for XAUUSD at 1180 and the Price was filled at 1174. That is quite a big slippage. I realized that there was some small “flash crash” from 1182 to 1174.
With Oanda or Alpari I had the same trade but no significant slippage occurred. Just some cents. But the slippage at Markets was quite big…6 full $...that would be 60 ticks in the GC future
The problem is that I had some slippage at markets.com in December as well, that time I was slipped 4$...whereas at the same time I did not have that issue with other brokers.
And in December I traded only 7 times the XAU..so out of 8 times I have had 2 very bad slippages…and the gold market is not precisely volatile lately…what could I expect when volatility comes back?
Has anyone else have had slippage issues in markets.com? what about other brokers?
Thanks
