Yes it is possible but i wouldn't worry about the pips but on the profits instead. One could be getting 50 pips a week but much more money.

Nothing is impossible....but you need to work a lot and have the right psychology !!! What do you prefer : risking all the money you have to eventually win 500/1000 pips a week, or making "reasonnable" profits using a simple system on a regular basis ? That's up to you ! But be sure that getting rich quickly is a very uncommon thing...

Not in these conditions! Most pairs average ATR is >100 pips. Maybe if it was back in 08 where you get 300+ pips in a day

Pips are not what matters, it is the MM that is coupled to it what makes the money.

If you would normally trade 1 lot with a TP of 10 pips.
Open 100 x 0.01 lot positions = 1 lot and you already have 1000 pips with 1 trade.

Maybe if you're on a 5 digit br0ker, and when you say 500 "pips".... you really mean 50.

You're a funny bloke unfortunately most miss it due to language and cultural differences. Pips are pips even if it is for the wrong side
