In truth no one can predict what is going to trend in the future, but the NY session is all about the USD crosses with the majors. So that is EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD, USDCHF. Volatility on these differ day to day, but stick to those and you should be ok.
You can quit and they won't care, but you will always know.
My advice: Look back on charts. There are patterns to when are the prime times when it goes up or down, just keep in mind that important news times will effect it. Good luck!
