Hi there , looks like this strategy just worked on the US open on euro/dollar . I like the the simple approach of it . But there is good reason behind the moves it captures . Love your thread ..

Todays trade fading strong momo. First trouble areas were the blue line levels (in my book) could very easily have turned there. Once they had been broken, what I call a broken shoulder, I was looking for another long.

Price comes back and retests that broken shoulder. Nice pin bar price action on the 5M.

We now have another up and under, (quasimodo) level created.

Two LO momentum set-ups on these highly -ve correlated pairs, followed by a broken shoulder (quasimodo) retest.

i was just looking at a similar concept using 1hr charts, basically wait for the first 1h candle of the london open to close to determine if their is momentum in one direction or the other, and then buy or sell the open of the next candle in the same direction as the previous candle. i'm using TDI and multi time frame stochastics as well as basic price structure to make sure my trade has some merit as well. only done some visual backtesting so far..

I've followed this thread with interest. I like trading at this time of the morning and then being able to turn off the screen for the rest of the day. I'll keep following the progress. Link looks promising but unfortunately no verified performance which means nothing. I thought it might be complimentary if successful but.............. Is this your venture? Is it being traded? Any real performance???? Thanks anyway.
