Can someone please fix this MA cross indicator?

Hello I have an MA cross over email alert indicator and it does not work properly. it alerts me when the first crossover happens and then it sends an alert at the close of every single candle for that cross over until a new cross over happens. and then it does the same thing for that one.

Is there any way to make it only send alerts when the crossover actually happens and not on every single candle that closes after the crossover?
