All true ecn brokers allow to place limit order in spread.. Ic markets, armada. .
Also new feature of mt4 allow you to place limit orders via depth of market

I'm trading out of Asia and for what I'm structuring need fast through processing and higher leverage than what's available in the states. If FXCM has different leverage offerings in other markets and a non-dealing desk option, I'd be interested in hearing more.

If you reside outside the US, you can open through FXCM UK which offers up to 200:1 leverage (0.5% margin) on No Dealing Desk forex trading accounts. Your question is not complete because brokers have different stop/limit order distance with running price for each currency pair.
But I think it's safe to assume that you're asking about EUR/USD.
I only have experience with several brokers (Alpari UK, Alpari Ru, Octafx, Exness, Instaforex) and among them I found out that exness has the least minimum distance (1.2 pips on EUR/USD, 1.7 pips on USD/JPY and GBP/USD).
However, if you really are that concern about minimum distance why don't you just use ECN type account? Very low spread, only pay commission, no distance at all.

I think you meant every "ECN type account" because these days brokers offers both their standard account and ECN account.
Now if we talk about ECN type account then people can browse through lots of broker.
Different/opposing ideas will make us learn and understand many things.

Spread and latency information is available online for MT4 brokers, comparative limit order distance isn't, which is why I asked.
