How long to consider to deicde a position?

< 5 mins?
< 10 mins?
< 15 mins?
< 30 mins?
< 1 hour?

it would be fun to know how long you guys to decide a postion ( buy or sell ).

every time my dog pees in the south west corner of my yard, I short the euro.

95% success rate on that one.

So I guess I dont think about that at all

Actually I cannot say how long, because the market generally makes that decision. I usually enter a stop or limit entry order at a price and wait for the market to come to it...

I use ADX, MACD, and 2 EMA's then they all line up it's a go. So, I'd have to say GOD BLESS ME

Well I sure would... It means the cable is showing signs of weakness... of course it would be better to look for fraying to get a good entrypoint..

I remember there was this post by somebody who seriously thought he was onto something with using his subconscious mind to tap into the universe, and he would like, predict what was going to happen.

I guess it could work. I am going to stick with my doggy system. I'm up 34 billion dollars this week.

Yeah the guy that started this thread was serious but, going back and reading it again really puts me in a good mood that is for sure. Would be nice if we could keep this going.

oh yeah, I have to confess, I didn't invent the doggy system. It is rob bookers system. I got a dog and a house with a yard that faces south. I have motion sensors that wake me up when he is in that area of the yard. (this is a 24 hour system, and he has a doggy door)

I am working on an auto trade system that uses a video camera and pattern recognition system, that will know when he is specifically peeing. That way i can build a robot to feed and clean him automatically, and just spend the rest of my life flying jet planes full of women to my next adventure.

What happens if you are walking your dog and he pees on a fire hydrant? Do you have some remote control to activate a trade?
