Because it's legal in Forex you can very safely assume that a HUGE amount of 'cheating' goes on especially around news releases... but it doesn't really negatively effect my trading and there are ways to actually take advantage of it

I usually assume that by the time the information is released to the retail trader, the heavy hitters have already traded on it/set up positions. Trading news can be erratic in my experience so I usually just don't do it.

As suggested by Mingary, the question was already answered by the OP.

It didn't matter if the forecast was correct or otherwise. The only "correct" move is the actual market's move and not what you THINK should be the market's move.
I'm not trying to convince anyone. I'm not in the "convincing" business.
