His TORRENCE B SHIPMAN twitter is live again @TheBigSexyCool begging for subs funnily enough he has got rid of the ex institutional trader bit but still shows being an avid Arsenal fan
Ignored
Indeed he is. And @tradingthedax

The little darling managed to get caught out yesterday trying to pass off his demo account as real to get subs (SEE ATTACHMENTS). Since this was posted, he has protected both his scam accounts. What the tool doesn't realise is, I have a couple of accounts following him for sometime so I can and will @message all his followers with that screenshot.

Well Sir Torrance deleted all his Tweets and changed his account to @DailyDAX30. Because of the pressure of Twitter he has now closed this account and his website. Let's see who he comes back as.

Be careful this guy is back..! I received an add on youtube where he posted some fantastic 63% return for the first quarter of 2020

I gotta be honest, I was very impressed by the info that he gave in the 4 parts video series + he speaks very well, very technical, etc.. very impressive. I was about to purchase his course but by doing a bit of research it seems that it's not his first try and this guy is actually a scam

His results might be legit, but long-term wise, he surely isn't profitable

Damn, I can be so naive sometimes...

Be careful

Why do you think this guy is a scam? I have also recently come across his add and was interested by his course but couldn’t find anything other then speculation to determine him to be a scam. I have requested access to his verified trading results which he has said he is open to share with any potential students who are considering purchasing his course. Haven't had a response yet ( I’ve only sent the email today) but will happily share my findings to negate/confirm any speculations.

Hi mate

Sorry I know I said il update the thread but I completely forgot. But yes I did, he sent me a link to his verified myfxbook and I have to admit his stats are very impressive with minimal dd, ( I have seen his stats from Jan to date). He asked me not to share publicly so I won’t share the link here, but if you’re interested in seeing these simply send him an email and I’m sure he’ll be happy to forward to you. His emails is listed on his g7fx website.

Hope that helps.

Can you explain in what way specifically he is a scam? There are many consecutive months of myfxbook stats which are linked to a reputable broker. There are numerous course providers that won’t even show you a weeks worth of stats and tell you to take their word for it.

This thread has been on for 6 years so .. there s obviously something fishy about the guy.
trustpilot : 100 % satisfaction... no companies in the world has 100% customer satisfaction

i was almost fooled today when watching his youtube videos but
1- his videos are only about results : no overview of the strategy.
2 - he closes every month his fxbook. like in this youtube video : "Exposing G7FX Nirvav NV Forex"
the guy is right, the guy could open 100 of real accounts at 10$ and show us only the one that perform well. we don't know the balance and we can't see overtime.
3 - 90% of ecommerce auto entrepreneur create their reviews or import the one they like from aliexpress , i m pretty sure you can buy review or people for youtube and trustpilot, or create many accounts and do it yourself.
4 - if you can make 50% every month , you would do FTMO Challenges or other prop firms, makes millions very fast... instead he sell courses for 1000$

So be carefull ! i just joined forexfactory today to warn you as i could have fell for it without the youtube video that i mentioned above.

Have a good day.

I'm not ready to say outright that he's a scam, but I'm leaning in that direction:

I was impressed by the LinkedIn profile and free videos I watched on his website G7FX. I also looked up his myfxbook independently (without a link from him) and found the advertised audited results. But being reluctant to hand over £1000 based on Trustpilot reviews saying 'still working through course but content is awesome' I started looking for reviews of people who had finished the course and were trading for real. Came up with 0.

So colour me curious - G7FX website, privacy policy refers to company as G7 GRP LTD. ( https://www.g7fx.com/privacy-policy-1587038369566 )
Companies House lists G7 GRP LTD's director as Neerav Vadera, company incorporated in March 2020 and providing '62020 - Information technology consultancy activities' ( https://find-and-update.company-info...mpany/12508092 )
Company Director Check website also lists previous directorships at
QUANT GRP LTD (resigned 2020 after incorporation in 2019, '62020 - Information technology consultancy activities');
KDMTGG (incorporated 2015, dissolved 2017, '82990 - Other business support service activities not elsewhere classified )
G7FX LIMITED (Director 2009 - 2011, now dissolved,
( https://www.companydirectorcheck.com/neerav-vadera and checked on companies house )

Then I moved on to the LinkedIn profile - "2003 - 2009 @ Barclays Investment Bank" and "2009 - Present @ G7FX" ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/n-v-940229194/ )

He mentions a number of times in videos that after Barclays he was employed by a leading prop trading company...

On the FCA register, Neerav Vadera is registered while at Barclays and Barclays Capital, dated 2005 - 2008. There are no other records in the register, which I would have expected there to be if he was working for a legit registered prop firm (maybe my expectation is wrong on that?) (https://register.fca.org.uk/s/indivi...000000KT7c7AAD)

After this bit of digging and finding this blog, I'm leaning pretty hard. Not writing it off completely but I'll follow him a bit and see where the rabbit hole goes. Not throwing any money in his direction yet either.

Is this the institutional trader that everyone's talking about? The guy with the big screen TV in the background? (see link to picture below)
https://images.gr-assets.com/users/1...p6/7806972.jpg

I love that he picked the username: VerifiedTrading on myfxbook...Brilliant
https://www.myfxbook.com/members/Ver...g/g7fx/4304046

I'm sure that if this many people are seeing his ads pop up everywhere, hes spending a ton on marketing. In my opinion, if you're that good, and you don't need the money, people will find you without the advertising. Kind of like a "mentor" on youtube that was bragging about going to the bank to take out $20,000 to pay his marketing guy for the month.....If you're spending that kind of cash on marketing, how much of your income is trading as compared to selling?

Everyone should take EVERYTHING with a grain of salt. Marketers prey on peoples emotions, and if they talk long enough they will talk you into that losing trade they just took was actually a winning trade. BE SKEPTICAL OF EVERYTHING !!!!

Well... I am a customer of G7FX and I believed the hype around NV and how he was a trading legend but I decided to do my own reearch on his background.

Basically what i discovered is that none of the material or tools he uses and teaches are his. All of the work belongs to other people and it looks like he's making dollar off using other people's work and claiming ownership of it. Disappointing.

Now I'm not gonna say he is a cheap thieving scam artist who is trying to take advantage of inexperienced traders by pretending he has 16 years institutional trading experience. Ima just lay out the facts as I discovered them and let all y'all can make your own minds up.

1) He said he worked 16 years Institutional Sell Side & Proprietary trading experience working with Hedge Funds, Central Banks & Private Clients, with 6 years at Barclays. You can actually look his history up here: https://register.fca.org.uk/s/indivi...000000KT7c7AAD

I looked those positions up, 3 years at Barclays and nothing else, and neither of those jobs look like Trader Jobs, they are "Client Advisor" jobs. See here:
https://i.imgur.com/cmx5Xvt.jpg https://i.imgur.com/U3YfICQ.jpg

Then, the "Institutional Trading" history trail goes a bit cold. He says in his instagram ads that after Barclays he traded at a top Prop Firm. There is no mention of who that top prop firm is anywhere. The only Prop firm on any of his track records is G7Capital - a firm he started (and presumably self-funded?).

Then he shows up here on Forex factory in 2013 until 2014/15 telling the world he is an institutional trader and knows what the big boys do. So here he admits he has been going solo since 2008 but only managed to start trading consistently and generating income form around 2010. He also says he trades EXCLUSIVELY FX and they are the best markets. so from 2008- 2020 he has traded by himself?? If that is the case, then his 16 years of institutional trade experience must have began in 1992 and finished in 2008... So I guess he was a child prodigy? His trading Style?: Elliot Wave : smh https://i.imgur.com/GJkag5I.jpg ========== ==========

Then around 2014/15 he disappears from Forex Factory until 2019/20 when he re-appears on instagram as this institutional legend. Trading OrderFlow, Volume Analyisis, the Dom and auction market theory.

Very fancy indeed! Since we can assume from the threads here at this point that his experience is not based on those concepts, one could summize that at MOST he has about 4-5 years experience in orderflow trading. But that would be speculation...

let's move on to some more evidence and see what actual facts we can uncover. First Component: the DOM - depth of market. NV teaches how the dom works and shares his "CUSTOM MADE DOM LADDER" that he says he spent $$$$ on and is sharing it with us for free (why thanks!). Watching this, I was very surprised to see that the DOM and NV's explanation of of the market mechanism is identical to how John Grady teaches it in his 2016 course "NO BS DAY TRADING". John Grady even used the hypothetical "APPLES MARKET" to help students understand it in laymens terms, but NV seems to have changes it to "Banana Markets" just to freshen things up. https://i.imgur.com/CrXY0Y7.jpg
John Grady's Custom DOM vs Nv's 'Custom DOM': https://i.imgur.com/Mzs3joQ.jpg

There's more.

VOLUME: HE talks about he has developed over many years these custom volume charts based around developing value.

Well I was very surprised to find that his "personally developed sierra custom volume chart" has the same identical source code as the charts that were developed by the guys at the private banker forum. In fact it IS the same chart that User @WWWINGMAN from leprivatebanker.com created and shared to the students.

I looked up the source code in sierra chart and it is the same. Here are the Private banker chart templates: https://leprivatebanker.com/wp-conte...charttmp02.png

Stolen VWAPS: https://imgur.com/uoCR29Z https://imgur.com/B70BMew

Interesting that the Private Banker's 2 key markets that they trade are ES And CL - Co-incidence? So I thought I would sign up to the private banker forum and see if there was any similarity at all between what they teach and the G7FX program, because surely he wouldnt steal someone else's work... would he?

things such as "cumulative delta" and "value migration", "Line in the sand", "composites" - all in the private bankers 2013 program.

https://i.imgur.com/RiGMJVo.jpg https://i.imgur.com/7eZBYl4.jpg https://i.imgur.com/mWSpPMd.jpg https://i.imgur.com/8TzYP1Z.jpg

=== Footprint Tool: NV said it was custom made and he spent $$$$ to make it. It is actually the footprint from Order Flow Analytics:
https://i.imgur.com/farLGz4.jpg

Any current students should ask NV to provide the HTF VWAP training he originally removed so that they have the full material rather than the watered down version he is selling. But wait! There's more:

====
Claim: He's the only 100% Fully Audited Trader Social Media. https://imgur.com/A2tGIDO

Let's do our own audit of his Myfx book shall we? on the 8th April 2020 he took a "Live Trade" as part of the G7FX course. Of course he hid his account details, however when he hovered his mouse over the TP line we got a flash of his position size. That's all we need:

https://i.imgur.com/oeVRjoy.jpg

12.8 Pips Profit £4.77 GBP. Here is the link to his myfx book for April: https://www.myfxbook.com/members/Ver...g/g7fx/5471709

Go to page 7, 8th April, and you will find his GBPJPY long trade 12.8 pips

I'm sure he will remove this link so I have taken the liberty of taking some screenshots:

Here is his Myfxbook for April: https://i.imgur.com/Mg6lxsx.jpg T
hen Page 7, 8th April: https://i.imgur.com/iiJ8FZ3.jpg

I have located the same trade and it shows a profit of 0.4%. So, lets do some simple math: Account Size = £4.77 / 0.004 = £1,192.50

So this 100% fully auditied trader is selling his trading course and mentorship based on the stats of a £1k account on myfxbook. lol

======

Now I'm not jumping to any conclusions here. I'll just leave the facts out here and you guys can all come to your own conclusions.

Personally, as a customer, I am disappointed. I want my money back and I think NV owes the whole community (not least John Grady and The Private Banker Forum) an explanation and apology and a mass refund to everyone, and if you can't get a refund file a chargeback with your bank while you still can.

Peace.

You say you are a customer of G7FX.
Your research into the guy's background and the tools used is unsettling.
What is your experience with the course?
Were you able to learn anything and did it help you in your trading?
