Fractal problem (not displaying on graph)

Hi all;

i have problem with MT4 fractal. when i add fractal indicator on graph, not displaying on any TF. i also checked the indicator folder and download other versions. but nothing has changed. (also tried diffrent cbackground color)

what can i do?

EDIT: it is working on another computer clearly. mine is WIN 8.

Double check the colour. I know from experience that the wrong choice makes them hard to see or become "invisible".

i changed the color and restart mt4.
