Anybody have the same experience

Hi All

I paid $175 to a company in January for a half year membership (Jan 2006 - June 2006) which to learn a trading method. The author said the discussion board was not established and send me few chapters of the method. In early February, he send me a email said that due to the technical problem, the discussion board would be dismissed and he would refund the member.

However, I am not yet recevied the refund. I had send him more than 10 email with no reply.

The web site is still working and selling his books (the books are also found in Amazon).

Just want to know anybody had the same experience and what can I do. I want to talk with anyone who was also paid for the membership (although I have not exposed the web address, but you should know if you are victim).

FX before you release this persons name are you sure he recieved your email. i dont doubt what you are saying but before giving every one here the impression he is a crook are you absolutly sure he is purposly trying to steal your money?
you can post it, there are no rules here against that but i would want to be 100 percent sure before i did. jim

Hi james16, I am 100% agree with you. Actually, I have great interest on such method. My aim to post the thread is wanted to contact the other members, are they face the same problem like me.

My question to you Fx4x is:
Why would you pay for something that hasn't yet been established?
Am I missing something here???

Hi Liquid4x

1. He own a well established wet site which selling many his books (more than 10 and some can be found in traderslibrary and amazon) and software.

2. I like the method. You can get the introduction from the web.

3. He wrote many articles on the other web site.

4. Before payment, I have a good communication with him and with nice/fast reply.

Up to now, I don't believe he will break his brandname for only $175.
