DislikedWell, for those of you who don't feel compelled to catch the entire movement, but are satisfied with tidbits at a higher lot level....
Try using the Trend Chaser on the 30-150-D EUR/JPY with no EOD and a profit target of 75 pips. You can also use the same system on the GBP/USD with a profit target of 55 pips. This increases the win percentage and makes for an extremely pretty equity curve.Ignored
DislikedPosted are the .SI4 files for the EUR/JPY, EUR/USD, and GBP/USD.
This is a short take profit method with a higher win percentage. The TP's are 75 for EUR/JPY, 55 for GBP/USD, and 40 for EUR/USD.
Trading all of them will practically guarantees a daily trade(s).
Let me know what you think.Ignored

DislikedThanks, bapxzy! I appreciate it.
Lep, the differing settings act as a type of deadband between long and short to filter noise that maybe strong enough to close one position but not have the ability to carry through with the next position. If you had ever tried the Dolly sytem on MT4, it acted in the same manner with a deadband around the open that had to be crossed by price to the topside or bottomside prior to intitaiting a trade. It's also a popular method for daily chart traders who will place entries above and below the previous days close.Ignored
DislikedMuddBuddha,
I have enjoyed your thread and have followed it since the beginning. I noticed that your system is very much like the BAT strategy: http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=12808. Have you looked at the BAT strategy and what are the differences? The reason I ask is I trade on MT4 platform and would like to continue using the MT4 platform.

This volatility stop is based on Parabolic stop of a moving average. It looks surprisingly similar to the FT version.Ignored
