It seems gnat is away today...
The arrow is a visual indicator for the QQE cross- the heart of the supernova system. It is not an "all systems go" signal; rather it is the first one we look for.
When you get an arrow, that is when you are to look to the other indicators to confirm. For example the DMI indi shows a weak cross at best, I would pass on this signal, and wait for the next one.
Take some more time and read cryten's fist several posts, particularly the one that says "wait for it"...shortly after that is an explanation of what to do next; now you've started.
Once you have that down, look up and read the posts of Nofx and awesome792 regarding S/R and pivots, and how they help.

I was wondering those arrows in my chart means set up is perfect to go in?
it looks too many of them
