Every candle? that would be a mass of lines.

Yeah for a certain timeframe. For example Daily. I use these as support and resistance levels. Would be faster then doing by hand.
Daily? no problem, all been done before

Elements are quite similar to something that I have been working on. So I have adapted it to be an indicator. Give it a try, but I have not been able to test for any anomalies when the market is open as it is the weekend.
HistoryBars is set at 3 and that will give you the highs and lows of the last 3 days, 3 weeks and 3 months. Obviously, you can change the settings, but too many lines, just looks a mess
Hover your mouse over a line and you will get its description.

Edit: minor alterations made to indicator and will attach to a later post.

That may be because the daily,weekly and monthly history are not updating, Flick through a few timeframes and especially daily,weekly and monthly tf of the chart that you have it attached to.

When I change timeframes it says error: "chart period is greater than 1 day"...

If you open your terminal and click on the experts tab, you should see a record of this alert and it will tell you which indicator issued it. I think that this alert is from another indicator, not the one that I uploaded.

O LOL. It is from a different indicator. But still I cant see the lines from your indi other then an EURO...

Ok, What shows up for AUD is only the weekly levels.

That should only be happening when changing timeframes or altering parameters. It's because the lines have to be deleted whenever the indicator is deinitialised and the computer was trying to find 1 more line than existed.
I've modified that now. I also noted that the weekly lines were being named with the wrong month, so sorted that as well.

I cannot see why this is only working on EURUSD for you though.
You're not using offline charts are you?
In the Input parameters, do you have DailyHighLow and MonthlyHighLow set to true?

Right click on your chart and click on objects list.
Hopefully you will see the names of the missing Daily and Monthly lines. Double click on one and select the parameters tab.
You will see what value it is set at.

No offline charts. Yes I have the parameters set to true. It is for some reason trying to use EURUSD's data...

I can't understand what is happening, I cannot replicate this problem on my charts. It should be impossible to use data from another symbol, because the code only uses data from the chart that it is attached to.

Here is an updated version, please try it out.
It gives the option to show text, but not much good if you zoom out more than twice as the text will bunch up and be unreadable.
Also now, if your broker has a silly small Sunday candle, Sunday and Monday are combined.

Maybe somebody smarter than I am can look at the code and see where your problems are coming from.
