I am not nitpicking here, just want to make sure you are aware of the correct form of a BUEOB as opposed to a DBLHC.
The BUEOB you drew on your diagram is actually not a BUEOB, it is a DBLHC as, the low of the bar does not exceed the low of the previous bar.
A BUEOB's High & Low must both exceed the High & Low of the Previous bar.
