Well, that's a good question, I thought about and was conflicted, let's place it into PIP (Personal Information Planner) and have it spit out an answer for us:
We can discuss anything in PIP CELL#4, ABC'S, superficial stuff, keep it light and fluffy.
Forex is actually a competition just like chess or olympic judo or getting the job. There are a limited number of dollars or pips, after the insiders get their millions and billions, we are competing for the scraps.
Sports Psychology: I was a middle distance runner and pole vaulter, and I had to know my competitors best and average times, so I could have an improvement metric for myself, make incremental improvements using a PIP 50 cell four-year monthly matrix, beat all of them from other schools, win points, and keep myself and the coaches happy.
Game Psychology: I knew was capable of bowling a 256 so I knew I had a good chance of beating the others. In darts, it was complete focal-focus on one number, or billiards, my geo-pin strategy of finding an exact pinpoint place to strike one ball on the other.
Trade Psychology: There is the inside game everybody talks about and there is the never-mentioned hidden outside game. From my research, the 99% I call outsiders are at a complete disadvantage to the 0.4% (PFP) Profitable Forex People and have no chance. In business, it's Private or Proprietary Financial People. I trade the smallest possible amount and account. There is no point in wasting time talking about anything. I'm out.

Hayseed, be careful with those robots, the market can go into a long trend up or down for many years and take out entire accounts.
Back in 2009, my brother and I lost half our accounts overnight running Ilan 1.4 and 1.6 scalpers from MQL4, they pack up and leave you stranded after about ten levels, Escape opens up ten trades, it can be a nightmare, some market moves can trip loose circuit breakers, remember that 1,000 point drop?
