Overseas brokers who take U.S. clients?

Please share brokers outside U.S.A. that take accounts from U.S. residents.

ASAIK FinFX in Finland is the only one that is not "shady" in some kind
of weird island or no-where Broker.

the only broker that i know of would be tradersway. they allow usa brokers and they are established in the dominica, which i don't quite know too much about the country. however, tradersway is not regulated, but then again nfa regulation doesn't seem to do squat anyways so it's worth giving them a look.
