They do . Demo it and take a snapshot of every trailing stop you place.
I was burnt twice when my trailing stop moved against me.
Interbank Fx have trailing stops but you should leave the platform open and connected, it's client side trailing stop and not server side...I think FxSolutions and Oanda have trailing stops as well...

Yeah, Interbank FX's trailing stop blows.................place some trades and have your cable connection or power go out before you get out of them.

FXCM don't guarantee stops under all market conditions - around announcements they will slip you.
