question about mb trading or efx group

hi all ,
i am on my way to open a real account with mb trading or efx group but i want to ask about an optional document (voluntary arbitration ) this document is optional to sign or not ... so if anyone can help me if it better to sign it or not and why ... regards

Usually arbitration agreements state that you agree to use a professional arbitrator if there is a dispute between you and the broker, instead of going to court. And, further you agree to the outcome of that arbitration.

It usually ends up costing much less money in legal fees, but it may not be the best thing for you in all cases, to give up your right to sue. If you want to truly understand the document, you should spend a few bucks and have an attorney explain that particular document to you... That is what I would do, if I did not understand it.

I would have to agree with Scott that you should have a lawyer give you their advice on that if you are unsure of what you should do.

No one here, who isn't a lawyer, should want to give anybody any type of legal advice if they are not qualified to do so.

Hopefully, there might be laywers on here who do forex trading, so you could get one coming by to answer that for you. Let's cross our fingers

I agree, and I'll add this. In my opinion, you'll have a harder time winning most things that might come up in a regular court. Your contract with any broker basically has you signing off on accepting the consequences of what happens if something goes wrong (short of fraud, etc.) You can't just have a bad trade and sue, no matter what the cost, if they can demonstrate that it wasn't their error. When you go to court, it is far more black and white, and you have signed documents that you accept that things happen. However, in arbitration, it can be cheaper, it IS run by people familiar with the industry (can be a plus or minus depending on what claim you are making), but it also goes to patterns and the heart of the industry.

Thanks for your replies ... that was usefull for me ... but i am just want to be informed about the meaning of this agreement by another way if i didn't sign it will i lose my rights to abitrate through CFTG or NFA ... and why it is in different document at mb trading and efx group ...

and i hope if anyone who has account with mb trading or efx group can help me regarding this situation because i am not resident or citizin of usa and no one or lawer here knows about the law of usa or forex ...
