DislikedSitting on hands for awhile. The 4 pairs I watch have been range bound, but too tight to be worth a trade. Just took my first position.

Did you enter when mid price was 1.60455 with the stop set at when mid-price is 1.6049. Ie your stop is 3.5 pips plus spread?Ignored
DislikedIt's actually bid price on the charts. I use Interactive Brokers so the spreads for my four currency pairs are always fluctuating between .5 and 1 pip (they charge commission). My stop loss is triggered by the Bid price for sell orders, and the Ask price for buy orders. So when I am short and have a buy SL, the price I put on my order is the exact same as the line on my chart. However for long positions that have a Sell SL, I add .5 pip to the actual order. Let's say I want my SL to be 1.3200 on my chart. Well this means I should input 1.32005 SL...Ignored
