EPD HFT Scalping system

Greeting fellow traders my name is ErikD and this is the system I use when trading in the FXmarket

Im not the best at english so apologize if the text might be confusing at times

I trade this system in a mechanical fashion and so far it has been working out great. System do generate alot of trades (I avrage about 3 trades an hour) so if you are one of those who panic with a few losses before win....this is not for you

General guidelines

Pair: Any pair with low spread

Timefram: 1min chart (I have tried this method at other TF but 1 min is the one working best)

Tradinghours: 06:00 – 12:00 GMT+1

R:R 1:2 (I risk 0,5% for a win of 1%)

Rules for entry

For long

CCI histo must be blue

HA candle must be blue

watch timer, is it less then 3 sec until close then enter

For short

Same rules as with long but vice verse

TP/SL

If long set SL at low of HA candle if short set it at high of HA candle

TP must always be double what your SL is. Cant stress this enough!

I am sorry my friend but no idea if the CCI in MT4 works

EJ candle time is just a timer so any timer would do. Whole point about the timer is so that you dont jump the gun to early or to late.

If you open the code of CCI histogram or the template then you see that the period is 45. So, if using ordinary indicator then you just have to use CCI period 45. Under 0 means red and above 0 means blue.

Do you trail the stoploss with the changing values of the latest HA candle or keep it fixed on the value when the trade was taken? Thanks

Just remember that this system do generate alot of trades. In my experience trading 6-12 gmt+1 is the best hours

Although I looked at the EUR/USD chart for the past three days and taking signals 24/7

129 losses 81 wins

Like an other fellow said earlier may be checking another time frame for directionnal bias would be a good idea, It seems looking back on the chart of the EU that trading on the direction of the cci of the 15 min will give you an higher hit rate and allow for an higher RR, but in the other hand it will give fewer trades and you might miss some good ones from time to time (more testing has to be done on that, like i said it was just from visual back check...). I might just forward test that way and post my set ups in here during the NY session whenever I can. But anyways this system looks good. I love the HA, they keep you calmer and more confident in a trade with their filtering noise qualities and the commodity channel index seems to be a great confirmation tool for the smoothed HA.
It's not about what you make, it is about what you don't lose

Hey, it is a good try.l love to play 1min TF but always refer to 5min & 1HR trend.

This is a must, cos every body know 1min sometimes quite choppy. I manage

to gain 50 to 70 pips per day just for EU pair in 1min TF.

Don't worry yours is a good one. Thanks for sharing.

I looked around but did not see one anywhere. Is anyone on here able to create the same CCI histogram, but with a timeframe input? Would be very handy to see the M5 histogram on the M1 chart.
