EA that trades at the same exact time everyday

Hello dear traders,

I just want to ask if anyone of you have the opportunity to experience or know any EA that trades at the same exact time everyday i.e. opens a trade every 8:00 am tokyo time or london time or US time everyday irregardless of the trend.
