8pips will get less trade -- sl 3 bars =21pips plus spread
3pips will more trades -- sl 3 bars =9 plus spread

sell when rads turn to blue and candle close

Looks ok but would taking trend into account improve things? Also is there a way you could add to winning trades?

It looks good, but can you please post the indicators here so i can try it out. I like trying out a system using small account. So i am trying it out in a live account.

I believe there is an error in the math... 3 blocks at 8 pips each equals 24 pips.

Sounds Interesting & I am Renko lover too, so how would I miss any new thread or post subject with "Renko" ?
Well, you do use there Heikin-Ashi smooth which you are calling Rads, don't you ?
How & when you exit from the trade? do you use pivot points for exit?
Any filtration to avoid range bound market ?

Have you actually checked your link ? There's no indicator there. I found some rads indis. Even though it's not identical it looks about right.

Hello Zamanib.

The TP issue is always a never ending history. I have worked years with renko and loss count of the times I have try to find the perfect one. That is coding the strategies, using several indicators and run back test. All what I have found is an optimized TP for the past data, useless for the future.

In general, all my testings show that all systems tend to be Break-even less spreads. Therefore the shorter the TP is, the worse the systems gets. So, yes, TP should be at least 30 pips... more likely 50 or at least 1:2 risk/reward... which would be 48 if your are using 3 bars as SL.

I still use renko but I am done using indicators of any type. Math and multipairs has been making more sense to me for a while.

Yes - Tp is always a problem -- Almost every week(1day of the week) you will get 100-200 pips move in 1 direction- this you need to capitalize on

Rads HAS Ext.mq4 is one of the best indicators. It reacts fast, still the signal is reliable.
