MT4 Other Timeframes

MT4 comes with the basic timeframes, eg., 1M, 5M, 15M, 30M, 1H, 4H, D1, W1, MN, is there a way to get other timeframes? I know it was posted in this forum in getting charts displayed for other timeframes.

Yeah, you need this:

Sergiu has posted version 1.4 of the Period Converter indicator.

There's a later version 1.5 (attached below), that adds a time shift feature. This makes it possible (for example) to have 4 hour candles aggregate data in periods starting 1am, 5am, 9am,..., or 2am, 6am, 10am..., instead of the usual midnight, 4am, 8am,....

Hence you can synthetically align the bars to any desired time zone. Given that MT4 doesn't allow the user to change the times along the horizontal axis, I find this a useful worakaround.

I don't know why it's been renamed, but it's the same indicator.
