Background color change as indicator changes up/down

Hi, is it possible to have an indicator in mt4 change the charts background color when the indicator changes slope? I have tried to Finder my way trough the editor, but don't see it happen for me. Any help or guidence would be appreciated!

It's about the tvi indicator.

There are no standard ways for an EA to change any of the chart properties (ie background colour, candle colours, etc).
