MTF Stoch Alarms aren't working

Hi

Would somebody please take a look at the code in the attachment. I have tried to program alarms into the MTF Stochastic. The code compiles OK but the alarms do not fire.

This is my first attempt to code anything in MT4, I have uploaded two files, one is before my attempt to code alarms.
