Quoting CescoAielDislikedMy new demo entryorder now at 114.88, limit 114.78, s/l 115.08 to test the Magnet at 114.73.Ignored
QuoteDislikedLongs are in play from the sustained break of 114.85 o/n. 115.25 has capped gains though and the pair is easing as hourly studies unwind from overbought levels. 114.85 is holding pullbacks on the way lower but another ip back toward the lower 114s is still possible. Long trades remain favored while above the 9 month trendline at 113.80. Stops below here.

The only open price level ATM is USDJPY 114.83 I wouldn't expect that magnet to get hit until well into the asian session or the EU session.
Currently no open price magnets for EURUSD.

Quoting jaredetnDislikedhello everyone!
I am new to this forum... I have been actively browsing the last few days. I was just wondering what you mean when you say "price magnet". I hope this isn't too stupid of a question, I am still new at this forex stuffIgnored
Quoting traderoneDislikedWell I know that everybody is really excited about the price magnets. (As well they should be). But I would like to hear more about JohnFX's daily short term trading at which he also seemed to be successful.
I believe he said that he did not use indicators, but rather analyzed price action to make many good small pip trades. I hope we could discuss what some of those price formations could be. I am looking closely at pinbars (less reliable on shorter time frames) and perhaps the 2b reversals along with the fleeting 1-2-3 formations. I find all of these tough to keep up with or even recognize in the shorter time frames.
Could JohnFX perhaps discuss some of his keys to making the short term work for him? Thanks in advance. (By the way, I think the magnets are cool too, but this is more about the thread title maybe).Ignored
