MT4 Orders not shown on chart !!

Hi Folks !

I have a problem with placing orders in MT4 !!

My broker is FastbrokersFx and my MT4-version is 4.0 Build 206.

Each time I place an order on the order window the order has been
confirmed but is not shown in the chart window and neither in the
trading tab !!

This phenomenon happens with market and stop orders !!

For testing purpose I placed one market order and one stop order but
nothing is shown on my platform.

Does anyone of you guys has a similar problem ?

What solution are you providing ??

I am not sure about the terminal window. Does the order show there?
But, on the chart, the reason is probably because you have the color of the volume line set to the same color as the background. The volume color also controls the order color on the chart.

Right click in the chart area and then select properties and then make sure the volume color is different than the background color.

Thanks for your quick reply
I don't know why but after 1h and a restart of MT4 all was working fine...
I contact the support of FastbrokersFx (very quick response !!)
They checked the logfile of my test trades and found out, that all my
orders were automatically closed by my own MT4 Software !!
So it was not a broker mistake.
Why this happened ?
I don't know..
